Diazo Biotin-DBCO contains a biotin moiety linked to an DBCO group through a sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) cleavable diazo linker. Captured protein targets can be released under mild conditions with 50 mM sodium dithionite solution, and identified by mass spectrometry, ELISA, dot blot, or Western blot applications.
