1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-八丁氧基-29H,31H-酞菁鋅(cas:107227-89-4) Zinc1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutoxy-29H,31H-phthalocyanine具有較強的近紅外吸收和熒光，Q帶位于736 nm，并具有明顯的pH響應性質，其在有機溶劑中的溶解性較好，在醫藥領域酞菁可能被用作抗癌光敏劑，與目前使用的卟啉類PDT光敏劑相比,酞菁的光譜吸收帶處于可見光區的紅端,有光毒性低和光的組織透過性好等優點。
